All bag lunches are served with a fresh piece of fruit. Whatever is freshest and in season is offered. Also included is a bar or cookie of your choice. Drinks are available upon request.

Lemon, Tuna, and White Bean Salad - White beans, red onion, arugula and tuna are combined with lemon herb dressing. Served in a pita or wrap.

Asian Spicy Chicken Wraps - Chunks of chicken are tossed with fresh red onion slices, cucumbers and carrots in a sesame, lime and ginger Asian sauce. Folded in a whole wheat or spinach wrap.

Bulghur Salad with Corn, Zucchini and Basil - Best salad ever! Yummy is all I can say! The fresh basil enlivens this tasty salad of bulghur, corn, fresh zucchini, tomato and red onion. Great served in a pita pocket.

Mediterranean White Bean Salad - The sun-drenched flavors of tomatoes, yellow peppers and arugula dazzle when paired with white navy beans and a light lemon garlic dressing. Great served in a a pita or wrap.

In business for five years, Anna's cooking talents are familial; her mother and grandmother share a passion for the kitchen which shows today in Anna's simple, elegant, and tasty creations.

The concept is simple, menus are designed to fit your needs; such as health concerns, budget, type of party, time constraints, etc.

The Simple Chef's
services are varied and customized to your needs. Anna will come to your home and serve a five course meal in person, or drop off several meals for you and your family to pull out of the freezer as needed, which can be a lifesaver after a long day in the lake or on the trail with the family!

Large hors d'oeuvre parties are her specialty.
We especially love her honey bacon.
