Here's something
truly different for the family to enjoy-
a view of the forest floor from
suspension bridges strung high in the
trees. Sound dangerous? While safety
awareness is definitely promoted, the
facilities are well secured and the tour
geared to taking it slow and enjoying
the bird's eye view.

Yet another
best-kept secret of Northwest Montana,
Forest Service Cabins which are for rent
on an overnight basis. Some of the
cabins have electricity, all have either
wood or electric stoves for cooking and
heating, none have indoor plumbing. We
had the good fortune of staying at the
Ben Rover Cabin, located just outside
Glacier National Park.
